He has an experience of over 30 years in real estate development, building construction and corporate & finance management. He is widely regarded in industry circles for his knowledge and expertise. Mr. Halwasiya is responsible for several aspects of the business including defining the company's strategy, business development, fund raising, etc.

He is an LLB from the University of Lucknow and provides the group with a strong legal acumen. He has been the guiding force of the company and has been responsible for the successful execution of several large-scale projects.

He has several years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. He is proficient in the field of information technology and with best practices pertaining to the construction industry. He has been instrumental in restructuring the company with the aim of making the group a market leader in its field of operations. He leads the business development, sales and marketing initiatives and is responsible for roping in several multinational clients.

He has earned a degree in Master of Business Administration in Information Technology, from the Daniels college of Business at the University of Denver, which has been ranked as one of the world's top 50 business schools by the Wall Street Journal.
